Some online stores market an "Melas Acne Cream" as a pigmentation/acne-mark cream, but the ingredient information is often unclear and inconsistent, so it's best to be cautious before purchasing.

Avoid prolonged or unnecessary use, as overuse of topical antibiotics can contribute to antibiotic resistance.
